Miriam is a Retail Strategist with over 25 years high level experience across the Multiples, Big Box Retail and Independents.
She has held a number of senior operational roles in several multi national companies: Director for Monsoon Accessorize, Director for B&Q, Assistant Vice President for TKMaxx, Head of Retail Operations for Life Style Sports.
Throughout her career, Miriam has built a strong reputation for having excellent commercial acumen alongside a talent for connecting with and building strong and engaged Teams.
This has led to transformational growth within the businesses she has worked with, regularly yielding double digit sales growth.
In recent years, Miriam has also been a Director for Age Action, a member of the Institute of Directors, a Council member with Drogheda & District Chamber of Commerce, and a Mentor for Enterprise Ireland.
