Economic & Trading influencers (eg Brexit 🙈 & potential impact , annual market days, Cyber Trading dates etc )


* Last year’s performance including known ‘misses’ / revisit your notes & numbers day by day for that 6/7 wk period last year.


* Initial Trading stance including product refreshes / window change dates / provisional sale strategy / transitional & new product


* Competitor behavior. Any inside knowledge about promotional activity


Review key competitor activity from previous year also
